2027 Membership Renewal Prices – Advance Notice
The following renewal prices will apply for the 2027 membership year.

Renewal prices apply to existing members who renew without allowing their membership to lapse.
No new member joining fee is payable for an eligible renewal.

You must have been a member in the previous membership year to use this renewal form.
If your membership has lapsed, you must rejoin as a
New Member and the applicable joining fee will be payable.

One Renewal Only:
Please do not submit both an online renewal and a cheque/postal renewal.
Members aged 80+:
Members who are eligible for a free permit must renew by post.
After You Renew
Confirmation Email
Once your online renewal and payment have been completed, your confirmation email
can be used as temporary proof of membership for up to 30 days.
You can show the email to a bailiff on your phone or print a copy. |
Membership Permit
Please allow up to 21 days for your renewed membership permit
to arrive.
Please keep your confirmation email available as temporary proof until your permit arrives. |
Didn’t receive your confirmation email?
Confirmation emails should normally arrive promptly.
Please allow up to 24 hours and check your junk or spam folder
before contacting H&DAA.

H&DAA Officers are volunteers and are not paid members of staff.
If you need assistance, please use the contact methods provided on the website
and allow a reasonable amount of time for a response.
If your renewed membership permit has not arrived within 21 days,
or you did not receive a confirmation email after renewing,
please contact H&DAA.

Every postal renewal creates additional work for our unpaid volunteers.
Cheques must be handled individually, recorded and physically taken to a bank.
With so many local bank branches now closed, this often means travelling into Hull city centre,
queuing at the bank and processing hundreds of cheques one by one.
Our Treasurer gives up their own personal time to do this, alongside their other Association responsibilities.
Every online renewal helps reduce this unnecessary workload.
