If you’ve had a great day’s fishing on one of our venues, or even caught an Association record fish, we’d love to hear from you.
Your catch may be a single fish or a number of fish — either is fine. If you’re pleased with your catch, please let us know by completing and submitting the Catch of the Month entry form below, along with one or more photographs.
Each entry should ideally be verified by at least one witness (preferably not a family member) whose details should be provided. They should observe the weighing of the fish. For juvenile entries, the witness should be an adult. The absence of a witness will not invalidate an entry, but it may strengthen it.
Each month, the Adult/Senior Catch of the Month will be voted on at our delegates meeting. The winner will receive a £50 voucher for Nutrabaits
and a £50 voucher for Hull Angling Centre.
Junior winners will receive £25 tackle vouchers.
At the end of the year, prizes will also be awarded. In the Adult/Senior section, first prize is £150 cash plus a £150 Nutrabaits voucher. Second prize is a free membership permit for the following year.
In the Junior section, first prize is a £50 tackle voucher, and second prize is a free membership permit.
All species present in Association waters qualify. Judging takes place at monthly Association meetings, and all decisions made by the delegates are final. Factors such as fish size and fishery location will be taken into account.
The deadline for annual entries is 30th September each year.
A clear photograph of the fish must be included with all entries. This should show either the angler or another person holding the fish, or a piece of tackle positioned alongside it to help indicate size.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
