If you have not received your permit after 21 days, email your name and a copy of your receipt/temporary permit to us at the following:

You must use the email contacts above. Do not attempt to contact H&DAA officers by phone, send messages on WhatsApp, Text messages, Messenger, carrier pigeon, etc. about lost permits. They will most likely not be dealt with effectively. Just send an email to the above.
