Date	Meetings 2010/2011
10th October 2011	The Annual General Meeting will be held at Blackburn Leisure Sports &Social Club, Prescott Avenue, Brough, HU15 1BB on Monday 10th October 2011, and is open to all members on production of their permits.

	Note about the Annual General Meeting All members of the Association are entitled to attend and vote on issues raised Members wishing to vote must be able to produce their current Membership Permit. Propositions for rule changes must be received in writing by the September Delegates’ Meeting. These should be sent to the Secretary prior to 13th September 2010.

2nd Monday of Every Month	Delegates Meetings The Conservative Club, Wylies Road, Beverley HU17 7AP starting at 8.00pm. These meetings are open to all members upon application to the Secretary.
