The River Derwent Fisheries

The River Derwent and its tributaries are arguably Yorkshire's most beautiful rivers, offering fishing in often wild, unspoilt countryside and the opportunity to observe prolific wildlife, including the possibility of otters. The Association controls the fishing on several stretches.

Breighton - one field on the East bank of the river.

Wressle - both banks of the river between Wressle and Loftsome Bridge.

Sutton-On-Derwent - left bank upstream from the road bridge to Elvington Water Treatment Work.
